We ship with the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping rates apply to all orders. Tracking codes will be provided with receipt. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
Returns and Exchanges
In case your items are not as expected, we’re happy to help you with an exchange or return. To start an exchange or return follow the directions listed below. Repairs and Exchanges
Free repairs are included with all purchases. In the case we may not be able to repair (due to costs and/or unique or one-of-a-kind components), we are happy to help with an exchange with a current in-stock item at equal value. Exchanges (with no repairs) must be made within 14 days of original purchase date. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping cost(s) for mail-in jewelry repairs and exchange items.
